As the word of the Lord is released through teaching, preaching, radical worship and powerful prayer all who hear are challenged to understand and accept the will of God for their lives. A Master-builder, Apostle Cheryl sets order and is anointed to flow in healing and deliverance as she builds upon the foundation of the body of Christ.

Apostle Cheryl is commissioned by God to develop sons of the Kingdom through her prophetic teaching. She has a driving passion to see the body of Christ realize and fulfill their God-given purposes while walking in their kingdom dominion authority in the earth.

Apostle is known for her commitment, obedience, integrity and faith. All who come into her presence understand that she has a person love affair with the Godhead. She firmly believe that everything God says in His word "is the eternal truth and final authority."

Apostle Cheryl pioneered Full Gospel Foundation Building Ministries International (FGFBMI) June 1994 with the help of her husband, Pastor John Fortson, Sr.  January 2002 she was elevated to Go'd governmental office of Apostle. She receive her Doctorate degree June 1998. Apostle oversees covenant churches. Together with Apostle John E. Wilson, Apostle Cheryl co-hosts the annual New England Prophetic Conference (NEPC) in August. The annual Prophetic Conference in Trinidad was birthed out of the NEPC with Apostle Cheryl's assistance.

Several programs were developed and continue under Apostle Cheryl's leadership including outreach teams assigned to minister in prisons, nursing homes and the streets in local communities.  The Rave's Nest distributes food and clothing to those in need. The Perfecting School of Ministry (PSOM) is a Bible training center developing,training and perfecting the five-fold ministry gifts. Divine Design Beauty Boutique and Hair Salon and a Christian Book Store are businesses located on the ground of FGFBMI.

Apostle Cheryl is the author of "That They My Be One In Christ", a riveting book that reaches the root issues that keep the body of Christ from becoming unified. She has ministered on TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network). She believes the body of Christ is in revival-with all of God's governmental offices coming into order unifying and moving the church into Kingdom authority.
